-To design and implement effective measure for prevention and modification of life style (level 1), premature diagnosis (level 2), and to help cancer-suffering patients to increase their life quality (level 3) in the national management plans and cancer control.

-To support cancer-suffering patients and their families without limitation about age, nationality, religion, type and stage of disease.

-To attract material and moral participation of donors and benefactors; to foster voluntarily working culture towards accomplishment of organizational mission and perspective.

-To facilitate accessibility to premature diagnosis and standard treatment services by identifying and developing the available potential capacities in the governmental-academic and charity control and treatment centers; to facilitate converting the potential capacities to de facto capacities towards increment of quality and quantity of services; and to help decrement of medical costs for all people.

-To inform people towards changing incorrect beliefs about cancer and to help modification of life style for all people.
