• Adopt simple daily habits such as daily walking, watching a good film, a few minutes of reading, and listening to soothing music.
• Identify risk factors and be aware of warning signs of cancer.
• Timely visits to the doctor.
• Regular and periodic examinations.
• Daily exercise.
• Sufficient sleep and rest.
• Protect your skin from harmful sun light by using sun cream daily.
• Avoid alcohol and tobacco consumption.
• Use public transportation to help reduce air pollution.
• Volunteering to strengthen mental wellness and care for the mind, and gaining social connections.
• Laugh for a few minutes each day.
• Love yourself and others.
• Pay attention to keeping the environment.
